ASAPP is leading the fight against stroke in developing countries. We currently provide free high blood pressure and diabetes testing and counseling at 9 project sites in Uganda, 2 project sites in Tanzania, 3 project sites in India, and 2 project sites in Nepal. Our volunteer teams screen more than 2000 individuals every month. Since 2011, we have provided more than 160,000 free screenings and referred thousands of individuals for medical treatment. ASAPP partners with the Uganda Ministry of Health, Rotary International, and community-based organizations to provide our free testing services at health camps and outreach events.
